The Dane Estate in Brookline, MA is on the campus of beautiful Pine Manor College. Jennifer Murray, founder of Wedding Boston, chose this historic venue for the latest Wedding Boston Styled Shoot. This mansion, just west of Boston, includes dark woodwork, ceiling to floor windows and a huge stone fireplace. Also, the ballroom features an ornate double staircase and more huge windows that look out onto a large lawn. The first thing I noticed was the soft, wrap around light streaming through the windows. No flash needed today – only the natural, available light all around us.
Wedding Boston provided the venue as well as the models, gowns and props. Also on site were a makeup artist, a hairdresser and a floral designer. Given all that deliciousness, I used my camera to recreate a magical Dane Estate wedding. Below is Happy Gatherings vision!
